Coral and Yellow Wedding Decor

Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of designing a wedding for a beautiful couple.  They chose coral, yellow and ivory as their color scheme for the event.  Check out some pictures of the reception decor.

Alternating centerpieces of yellow submerged calla lilies and coral gladiolas with white roses adorned the guest tables.

The couple chose this four-tier butter cream creation adorned with coral roses as their cake.

Wedding Wednesday

Let them eat cake!

From traditional to modern, whimsical to vintage, wedding cakes have taken on a life of their own.  Often the focal point of reception decor, the wedding cake is one of the most memorable elements of the wedding day.  Pastry chefs are given the task of providing a cake that is both beautiful and delectable.  Inspiration for wedding cake design comes from a variety of sources, including the bride's gown, the couple's personality and the wedding colors.  When selecting today's wedding cakes, the sky's the limit!

Silvery blue and ruffles give this cake a romantic feel.
